College today has been altered by all the stereotypes of how college should be from movies. there are so many movies out the that depict college in many different manners. For instance, "How High" is a movie involving rap artist Method Mann and Red Mann. They play the role of 2 college students embarking on an adventure at an HBCU and all they do is smoke marijuana and enjoy parties. That makes college kids think its okay to do all of those things and forget about their work. Another problem is alot of students don't go on visits to see what the University is about and if it fit them for where they would like to attend school.

Also I think  universities can help the situation too. Some universities depict certain things about their college that aren't true or didn't inform you about certain situations when that could be a big part of your decision. For instance, Shaw University is a very nice private school. But what they dont inform you about is that there  is only one coed dorm, the boys and girls dorm's are not as nice as the Coed dorm which you have to be of certain Classification or Have a certain issue to live in. I just think one's college experience can be a lot better with the help of themselves, the parents and making right decisions and the Universities.

Untill about my first semester in college i used to have this black little flip phone by verizon, that was small and really had no up to date technology. Finally my first semester in college my mom bought me a blackberry. OH MY GOSH i had a blackberry. Black berry phones were like the i phones of today and the droids. It had the bbm messeging system, games, all kinds of other apps that were kool and useful. My blackberry isa palm held device, black with an lether case, with a screen protecter on it so people can't be nose when im texting and things. But my blackberry i feel as though has evolved to me than more than just my phone, it my LIFE. without my phone i feel as though im completely lost in the worl. It has my homework in it, birthdays, games, the internet, all my friends and family members, all my to do task for the day's. my blackberry is My LIFE.

This is my life. I have been playing football since pop warner which was about 7 years of age. I love every aspect of playing the sport. Since I was little growing up I watched all the upcoming players like Boobie miles, micheal vick, walter payton, issacc bruce and many more. As of right now im currently playing football fior Shaw University. It is a great experience being that last semester I went to a junior college. it was kool or what not but I enjoyed the oppertunity. Now I am a freshman in college and my goal is to try and make it through $ long seasons healthy with a chance to be Professional.
